Blockrunner, LLC ("Blockrunner", "we", "us") is a financial-infrastructure advisory practice. Our registered address is 8335 W. Sunset Blvd., West Hollywood, CA 90069. You can reach us at adam@adamtracy.io or +1 (310) 299-4992.
This policy explains what personal information we collect through adamtracy.io (the "Site"), why we collect it, how we handle it, and the choices available to you. It applies to the Site and to enquiries made through it.
Information you give us. When you submit the consultation form we collect the details you provide: name, email address, company, telephone number (optional), the engagement type and timeline you select, target markets, and the description of your project. If you email or call us we collect the contact details and content of that correspondence.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site our hosting provider processes standard technical data — IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and timestamps — to serve the Site, maintain security and produce aggregate traffic statistics. We also use Google Analytics to measure aggregate usage; that is described under "Third-party services on the Site" below.
We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not collect special-category data through the Site. Please do not send confidential or privileged material through the consultation form; a formal engagement and a conflict check come first.
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, assess whether there is a fit between your requirements and our practice, scope a potential engagement, and maintain our records and conflict-check obligations.
We use technical data to operate, secure and improve the Site and to understand, in aggregate, which content is useful.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your enquiry details for third-party marketing.
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we process personal information on the basis of your consent (when you submit an enquiry), our legitimate interests in operating an advisory practice and responding to prospective clients, and compliance with our legal and professional obligations.
Where you provide information about other individuals, you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to do so.
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — our hosting and infrastructure providers, our email provider and our professional advisers — and only to the extent needed to provide those services. Our Site is served from a global edge network, so technical data may be processed in data centres outside your country.
We may disclose information where required by law, regulation or valid legal process, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not share your enquiry details with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
The Site embeds video content from YouTube (Google LLC). Videos are not loaded until you click to play them — before that, only a thumbnail image is requested. Once a video is played, Google may set cookies and process data under its own privacy policy. We also load fonts, icon assets and (on some pages) stylesheets from public content-delivery networks, which necessarily receive your IP address in order to serve the files.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC) to understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used — which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from. It sets first-party cookies in your browser (_ga and _ga_G-LTCNJW9VT1) and collects your approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser type, the pages you request, and the site that referred you. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store your full IP address. We do not link this data to your identity, we do not use it for advertising, and we have not enabled advertising features, Google Signals or ads personalisation. Because Google processes this data on our behalf it may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, under Google's own privacy policy.
This analytics service is the only measurement technology we run. We do not operate advertising or behavioural-tracking technologies on the Site, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Internal handling notes that our staff add to an enquiry while triaging it form part of that enquiry record and are retained and deleted on the same basis. They are visible only inside the authenticated operator area and are not shared with anyone outside the practice.
We retain enquiry records for as long as necessary to deal with your request and to meet our professional, conflict-check and record-keeping obligations. Where an enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we normally retain it no longer than 24 months. Where it leads to an engagement, records are retained in accordance with the applicable professional rules.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls on the systems that hold enquiry data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal information, to object to processing, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at adam@adamtracy.io. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
If you are in California, you may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by that statute.
You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
The Site sets first-party analytics cookies for Google Analytics 4 — _ga and _ga_G-LTCNJW9VT1 — which distinguish one browser from another and expire after up to two years. These are described under "Third-party services on the Site" above. You can refuse or delete them through your browser settings, and Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics across all sites. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use the Site.
Third-party embeds — principally YouTube, and only after you choose to play a video — may set their own cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
One first-party cookie exists, and it is set only for our own staff. When a member of the team signs in to the private operator area of the Site (the pages at /admin and /dashboard, which are not linked publicly and are excluded from search engines), we set a single session cookie holding a signed, expiring access token. It contains no personal profile and no tracking identifier. It is marked HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Strict, expires after 8 hours, and is cleared when the operator signs out. It is never set for ordinary visitors and is never used for advertising or analytics.
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published here, dated October 2026, is the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
